SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Microsoft Office skills, with advanced level Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, or other low code/no code solutions
- Strong skills in PowerQuery, SQL, Python data analysis tools and frameworks
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE.
We are seeking a full-time Finance Data Analyst to join our Group Finance Team. Reporting to the Group Finance Systems Business Partner, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing data analysis solutions within the Power Platform suite, as well as identifying automation opportunities for process improvement and maintenance of Finance systems and automation workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data for financial analysis.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes from a data perspective.
- Analysis of data sets, provide insight for financial performance and trends.
- Develop and manage business applications within Power Apps to improve productivity and enhance automation.
- Identify automation opportunities to continuously improve the daily operations within the team.
- Other ad-hoc tasks supporting the Group FP&A team
