Beyond conventional finance, you’ll pioneer performance management, optimise capital allocation, and instill a culture of excellence. But that’s just the beginning – you’ll also develop financial models and execute cost reduction strategies, propelling our growth forward.
You’ll become a trusted advisor within strategic partnership and insights, aligning financial decisions with transformative strategies. Collaborating with the commercial lead to innovate profitability and enhance global guest experiences and provide real-time insights for swift decisions.
Partner with stakeholders to maximize satisfaction and financial performance whilst driving transparency and continuous improvement within the team. Through development of future-focused financial models, staying prepared for industry shifts, you’ll spearhead comprehensive strategies without compromising quality, ensure robust governance and financial control, while driving team efficiency and engagement.
You’ll forge stakeholder relationships, advising the Chief Digital and Data Officer and their team on financial matters. Through data and insights, you’ll ensure alignment with growth plans, acting as a liaison between finance and other departments.
Leading financial innovation with digital and data leads to optimise profitability and guest satisfaction, you’ll implement real-time tools, provide updates and monitor progress.
Through promoting transparency and excellence, we’re looking for someone who can inspire continuous improvement within the finance team by setting high standards, holding members accountable and driving efficiency and collaboration.
Additionally, you’ll ensure global financial control, enhance governance, as well as manage risks, whilst delivering finance services and safeguarding assets.
Qualifications & Experience:
You will be an accomplished accountant with over 15 years of finance experience in leisure/hospitality or consumer products, ideally with remote team management skills. A strong communicator, you’re adept at conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders with clarity and persuasion. Naturally, you possess robust analytical skills to translate strategic visions into actionable operational models, driving profitability, as well as proactively utilise technical expertise to inform decision-making to deliver tangible results.
You’re skilled at fostering trust and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, incorporating diverse viewpoints into decision-making processes. The successful applicant will be motivated by goal achievement and delivering impactful outcomes, with a clear potential for personal and professional growth within the finance function. You maintain a keen awareness of external factors affecting business operations, devising strategies to mitigate risks and seize opportunities as well as expertly manage stakeholder expectations, effectively navigating competing priorities to achieve desired outcomes.
Having previously leveraged deep technical knowledge to develop profitable and sustainable business strategies, you have a track record of mentoring and developing others. You operate autonomously, setting clear objectives and priorities to anticipate challenges and drive success and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate complex relationships and situations, guided by comprehensive knowledge of business strategies and drivers.
