Responsibilities:

  • Manage Enterprise Benefits evaluation for TSP, including ownership of benefits realisation framework and benefits modelling.
  • Develop, maintain and progressively enhance the benefits measurement system used by the organisation. Provide scrutiny of each business case to assure the organisation the benefits claimed are realistic and achievable within the proposed timeframes.
  • Provide portfolio view of benefits for regular financial updates to relevant senior stakeholders. Ensuring GM alignment and optimisation
  • Develop a benefits map against individual initiatives and critical mass benefits across the group in relation to TSP.
  • Ensures benefit owners are in place and benefits are profiled, communicated and understood, with clear tracking requirements defined. What, by who, by when?
  • Through progressive understanding of the TSP strategy and impact across the group actively seek out additional benefits.
  • Input into requirements for Quarterly Business Review.
  • Ensure compliance to enterprise Project Governance and Execution frameworks and methodologies in supporting stable Westpac financial control environment.
  • Lead and work with stakeholders to provide robust benefits financial and non-financial profiles and forecasts that support forecasting and planning processes, which include responsibility and accountability to validate business assumptions and driver inputs.
  • Attend Steering Committees on behalf of HoF TSP.
