Finance Director, FP&A

Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Director, FP&A to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the Vice President, Pricing and FP&A, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analytics team, driving insights into business performance, and employing influence of persuasion to guide business leaders to make great decisions.

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to an impactful FP&A business support team, instilling a culture of business partnership, providing insightful financial information, analytics and recommendations that are clear and facilitate decision-making and target-setting.
• Provide guidance and change management leadership to the Finance and cross-functional teams throughout the organization as they navigate a transformation of systems, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insightful analytics and recommendations that are clear, impactful and facilitate decision-making and target-setting.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s business, its operations and processes and contribute to the development, formulation, and implementation of business plans.
• Develop and implement improved management reporting to facilitate the understanding of business results and enable financial and management reporting, planning and analysis.
• Build and manage rigorous planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as drive continuous improvement to support Home Hardware’s mission-critical distribution efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support the deliverables of ongoing operational initiatives to support the delivery of financial results.
