QUALIFICATIONS

• 12+ years of diversified finance experience, preferably including experience within a multinational consumer products business
• Strong Financial Acumen – Demonstrate a ‘drive for results’ mentality and a broad business skill set, good strategic perspective and a mature and practical mindset, along with excellent financial modelling skills, analytical thinking and the ability to execute structured analyses as well as the ability to design approached to open ended questions
• Ability to navigate effectively, influence and thrive in a culturally diverse matrix structure, and maintain healthy working relationships
• Communication Skills – effectively tailor communication across a variety of audiences, both written & oral
• Relationship Focused – demonstrable ability to develop and leverage deep business acumen and quickly grasp concepts. Culturally sensitive attitude and approach to business practices

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the performance management process across GTR to ensure delivery of solid financial performance in line with Strategy.
• Be an effective and valuable business partner to the GTR MD by providing functional support to ensure that the business is able to deliver against its commercial and financial commitments as well as pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the regional CFO in delivering a high calibre finance function that is able to consistently meet the group’s requirements in a reliable and efficient manner.
• Lead and develop a highly capable and efficient finance teams support the objectives of the function as well as meet the requirements of the business and individual careers.
• Ensure complete and accurate accounting records for the whole of GTR (4 ledgers in US, Spain, Australia, Singapore) by ensuring a robust month end process
• Lead continuous improvement of GTR business processes and ways of working to effectively support the commercial and marketing teams in delivering GTR strategic priorities and business performance
• Lead the Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting process across GTR including: ownership of the monthly financial outlook,
• Preparation of roll-ups, trend and gap analyses to support resource allocation decisions
• Drive progress in commercial finance through implementation of new trade funds management (TFM) and trade promotions management (TPM) tools to optimized trade investments with key customers
