DESCRIPTION:
Based in Santiago and reporting to the General Manager, you will be a key member of the Chilean Enabling Team. You will be jointly accountable for the affiliate transformation, fostering an environment that promotes trust, transparency, and patient centricity that inspires and motivates teams to develop and adopt an agile way of working in the country.
As a natural leader and coach with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can influence and enable decisions, you will thrive in a fast-paced high-performing environment where you can and will challenge the status quo, and be challenged.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing leadership & coaching for the functional areas Business Finance, Financial Accounting, Tax (dotted line), OneProcurement, OneTreasury & Credit Management and Risk Management & Governance and business analytics. You will also be expected to coach individuals within other functions specifically in the newly created STEP organization. You will also lead and sponsor key strategic projects and initiatives (local, region, global and cross function). This is a key role for Business insight to foster Business Development in all the markets.
