Responsibilities:

ROLE INTRODUCTION

Looking for a finance leader to oversee financials of our Poland business – key market for Fiserv in EMEA region and focus of ongoing investments and growth. Business partnering role to work with the leadership team in the country on delivering strategic objectives.
Managing a team focused on structuring complex, enterprise-wide solutions. Provide overall direction to the team, including product selection, pricing structure and contract terms for new logo, intra-Fiserv transfers and renewal opportunities. Obtain approvals from division leaders and manage resources to meet deadlines for delivery of pricing proposals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Strategic Partner to head of business to deliver strategic goals and help in execution of business priorities
  • Member of local senior management committee
  • Active sparring partner and provider of management information to key internal and external stakeholders (KNF, Auditors, sponsor bank)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages, using data and commentary to ‘tell the story’ of financial performance
  • Lead the monthly close and forecast processes for the team
  • Build and maintain dashboards of critical metric trends
  • Conduct product profitability analysis and provide insights for driving margin improvement
  • Facilitate the creation of annual and multi-year strategic plans for the division
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting of business unit capital expenditures
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the DC Finance team for financial systems and reporting
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Corporate FP&A and other division finance teams
  • Manage the relationship with bank partners and secure adequate credit facility
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and assist team leadership with complex tasks and projects
  • Monitor and establish internal controls to assure proper compliance.
