• Oversee complete accounting duties with a main emphasis on Accounts Payable, and management of cash and banking operations.
• Handle, confirm, and maintain invoices and payments along with associated documentation, and assist in resolving discrepancies with clients and suppliers.
• Administer intercompany dealings and ensure that balances between books are accurate.
• Track and report on daily cash movements, and support cash management and forecasting activities.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, prepare monthly closing statements, and support account reconciliation and management reporting.
• Manage audit, tax, corporate secretarial, or other regulatory requirements and coordinate with external entities as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to financial authority limits, financial reporting standards, company policies, and other relevant regulations.
• Recommend and initiate improvements to processes or policies when necessary.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned
