Finance Executive (Full Sets)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Manage full sets of accounts of entities assigned, not limited to GL, AR and AP functions, Fixed Assets and cash flow management
• Responsible for day-to-day transactions, preparation of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial and management reports and forecasts, and bank, audit and tax schedules
• Handle intercompany reconciliations and petty cash
• Verify suppliers’ statements of account and invoices
• Manage and track inventory
• Prepare Financial Statement
• Handle GST submissions
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in appropriate accounting period
• Ensure records are maintained in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, and Company policies and procedures
• Work closely with Operations team and suppliers directlyOther ad-hoc duties assigned when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent
• Must be able to handle full sets
• Min. 1 year of relevant finance/ accounts experience. Past working experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
• Experience in inventory management is an added advantage
• Familiar in accounting and office productivity software such as Xero, will be an added advantage
• Familiar with XBRL
• Able to submit AGM
• Able to work with tight deadlines Detail-orientated, positive attitude, pleasant interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and is a good team playerImmediate or short notice period will be an added advantage
