Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of Singaporean financial regulations, practices, and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with Singaporean regulations and best practices.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, as needed.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with Singaporean laws and regulations.
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial leadership and mentorship to other members of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
