Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for maintaining statutory compliances and Singapore financial reporting requirements , including internal / external reporting matters to HQ
• Responsible for month end closing matters, including stock count arrangement and other relevant matters, to ensure deadlines are met
• Liaison with Head quarter on financial status from time to time.
• Preparation of year-end corporate tax assessment submission
• Improves and streamlines financial and internal control procedures
• Communicate with financial staff in China and assist to improves and streamline financial and internal control procedures
• Manage the funds and payment process of the company in Singapore
• Other duties will include ad-hoc projects such as system implementation from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in accountancy or professional Accounting Qualification
• Minimum 3 years of full set relevant experience
• Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges.
• Able to liaise and converse with Mandarin Speaking colleagues and Mandarin documents.
• Independent, initiative and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Proactive at work, strong execution skills and work well under pressure
• Familiar with various commonly used software
