Job Summary:
As a Finance & Insurance Manager at Pritchard Nissan in Mason City, Iowa, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by assisting customers with their financial needs and offering insurance products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to review and finalize financing options for vehicle purchases
• Offer insurance products and services to customers, such as warranties, gap insurance, and vehicle protection plans
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each transaction
• Maintain strong knowledge of all finance and insurance products and services offered
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for finance and insurance processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with sales team to maximize opportunities for finance and insurance sales

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
