Description:
An Australian firm and the global leader in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, regulatory investigations and technology is looking for a Finance Lawyer to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to become a part of the team advising top Australian and international financial institutions, investment banks, corporations, and private equity funds.
The ideal candidate has a 2 PQE, and experience in acquisition, project, or corporate/real estate finance transactions. Must excel in drafting, advising, and analytics, and exhibit strong client collaboration skills. Autonomy and teamwork are key.
