Description:
BRIEF
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate level lawyer to join our Finance team in Sydney.
You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex debt financing arrangements. This includes documenting and closing all types of financing transactions in Australia and in international markets, covering multi-billion dollar corporate debt programs and major corporate, energy, infrastructure and real estate transactions in the APAC region.

To be successful in this role, you will also have the following skills and attributes:
- Have at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in banking & finance law, with an appetite for a diverse work mix for excellent clients, covering real estate finance, corporate finance, capital markets, acquisition finance, asset finance and/or project finance
- Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be interested in market developments, economic news, and the commercial rationale behind transactions
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-performing, collegiate team, and
- Bring energy, passion, inclusion and empathy to the role!
