Description:
A prestigious Australian law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Lawyer with 3+ PQE.
As a part of the Banking & Finance team, you will be working on important financial tasks like debt markets, acquisition finance, project finance, and corporate finance.
The successful candidate will have a 3+ PQE in debt capital markets, acquisition and corporate financing, the aspiration to engage in challenging deals and to collaborate with the industry’s most accomplished professionals.
