WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Join the Getsafe team as the Finance Lead and play a pivotal role in steering the financial functions of our company. We are seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in budgeting, reporting, accounting, controlling, steering and overseeing operational finance functions. As a key leadership figure, you will also serve as a strategic sparring partner for the CFO and other key executives, contributing to strategic financial decision-making and to strategic initiatives such as fundraising and M&A.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven track record in high-performing finance teams with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Background in building and optimising financial systems for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, incorporating tools for enhanced operations
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, with a keen eye on building what’s ahead in the Finance team and structure
• Due to your high affinity for numbers, you are a particularly accurate person with “attention-to-detail” with a high sense of responsibility and integrity
• You bring fluency in both German and English
• We are ideally looking for someone based in either Berlin or Heidelberg
