JOB SUMMARY
As a financial Professional in NetApp, a key part of the role is to provide objectiveness and stewardship to the company, acting as a representative of the Finance function and NetApp shareholders.
As a Finance Lead, your role will provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to maximise shareholder value and drive profitable growth. While delivering execution excellence by utilizing best practice processes to optimize productivity and collaboration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Develop, Lead & Implement a reporting framework that contributes to predictable financial performance.
- Lead proactive analysis on investments and annual & long-range planning, gaining wide exposure across the organization.
- Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions (ROI Modelling).
- Provide leadership and support of ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
- Be a challenger to the business to optimise the most efficient use of resources.
- Interact with Operational teams to ensure spend accuracy and identify variances from budget.
- Assist continuous process review and standardization to realise efficiencies and consistencies across the organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial reporting systems in partnership with our global team.
KEY CAPABILITIES REQUIRED
- Exhibit a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and development.
- Are comfortable manipulating and synthesizing big data to articulate data-driven insight and influence key stakeholders.
- Be an expert in understanding fundamental Finance and Accounting acumen and are comfortable with data analytics, building models, forecasting, reporting at all levels.
- System experience. Power BI, Tableau etc
- Demonstrate a developed sense of ownership and have pride in your work’s integrity, quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner with all levels of the organization and across cultures worldwide.
- Have 10+ years of experience in FP&A. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis, with a thorough understanding of analytical methods.
- Be Tech fast in your ability to be agile and flexible to deliver in a timely, proactive manner.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience developing executive ready reporting tools, dashboards, and presentations.
