Finance Manager, Africa

FMC Corporation is recruiting a result driven Finance Manager for Africa region. The role will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the region and will report to the CFO of EMEA. Key responsibilities include driving the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing direction for ad hoc financial analyses and overseeing the country reporting and accounting processes. This position will also play a critical role as the business partner of the business director of the region.
The role will be based in our office in Pretoria, South Africa.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 7 + years of experience as a Finance manager for a multinational corporation
• Advanced understanding of financial and managerial accounting concepts
• Experience in reporting and analyzing financial information in a complex global financial information systems environment
• Team oriented, analytical and possesses strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French as a plus.
• A Master’s degree in Economics/Finance or related field
• Advanced Excel skills, SAP S4/HANA knowledge would be considered as a plus
