Reporting to the Australian Head of Finance (Financial Controller) and working closely with Australian General Manager, you will assume responsibility for developing and delivering a highly effective finance function. You’ll oversee all financial operations for Autex Australia, ensuring precision and accuracy whilst offering in-depth analysis to support business strategy and performance.

Key tasks will include:

• Management of five direct reports
• Monthly reporting to management, including controlling the month end process
• Sales & Gross Margin analysis & reporting
• Reporting on manufacturing costs & variances
• Day to day financial management including oversight of cash flows, bank and other general ledger reconciliations
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Continuous improvement of current processes, reports and systems
• Engaging with operations to ensure that finance remains abreast of changes and developments within the business
