Responsibilities:

  • Answering customers inquiries on how we operate, who we are and how we can help them gain an approval for an auto loan
  • Answer any questions about their application process/customer’s current application, process new incoming applications
  • Confirming details on a customer’s applications Collect and enter missing data into application forms
  • Carefully analyzing a customer’s credit report
  • Requesting and reviewing supplementary documents to assess a customer’s eligibility for automotive financing
  • Actively working to expedite the loan approval process by verifying relevant documents in a timely manner
  • Contacting lending partners to discuss declined deals and finding solutions for gaining approval
  • Negotiate the best terms and rates for our clients by working closely with our lender partners
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks related to the loan approval process are completed in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
  • Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Constantly provides updates to client on status of application
  • Collaborating with the Finance Director to ensure that customers can get the best rates and quickest approvals
  • Identifies customer needs and initiates solutions on vehicle options.
  • Provide customer with two vehicle options that best fit their needs and the requirements set out by the approval we have for them
  • Offers advice and navigation on credit and vehicle choice and Explaining pricing and payment plans
  • Reviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needs-based conversation to identify potential opportunities and address any concerns or issues
  • Report to Finance Director on status of applications
  • Looks for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall customer experience.
