REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in Banking & Finance.
- Strong understanding of FRS accounting and disclosure requirements in the banking industry.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and MAS reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance Department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports to Head Office, Local Management, and Regulatory Authorities.
- Prepare annual financial accounts for audit and statutory reporting.
- Compute monthly accruals and provisions for operating expenses.
- Calculate annual estimated income tax for year-end closing.
- Develop annual Estimates/Budget Reports for operating expenses.
- Manage filing of quarterly Goods & Services Tax (GST) and annual FATCA/AEOI returns to IRAS.
- Monitor financial operations including accounting controls, invoice processing, and salary payments.
- Act as a liaison with Head Office, auditors, tax agents, and local authorities regarding finance and tax matters.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting and tax standards and ensure compliance.
