About the role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join their team! As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing their financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• 5+ Years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in preparing financial reports and providing insights to support decision-making;
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Oversee financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls;
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department;
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements;
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making;
• Manage relationships with financial stakeholders.
