FINANCE MANAGERABOUT THE COMPANYWE ARE WORKING WITH A LEADING HEALTHCARE COMPANY IN NORTH DUBLIN. THE COMPANY IS IN GROWTH MODE AND ARE CURRENTLY HIRING A FINANCE MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM. FLEXIBLE/HYBRID WORKING WITH A GREAT CULTURE AND OPPORTUNITY FOR CAREER PROGRESSION.ABOUT THE POSITIONREPORTING TO THE CFO, AS FINANCE MANAGER YOU WILL TAKE A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN THE FINANCE TEAM AND ENSURE THE DELIVERY OF CONSISTENT, ACCURATE AND TIMELY FINANCIAL REPORTING AND THE PROCESSES WHICH UNDERPIN DATA COLLECTION AND COLLATION, ACROSS ALL FUNCTIONS OF FINANCE. THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE THAT WILL ALSO OFFER A STRONG STRATEGIC/COMMERCIAL ELEMENT IN TERMS OF ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production of the monthly management accounts
Responsible the finance Function and smooth running of the team
Preparation of reports for board
Strategic input in terms of the commercial growth
Preparation of quarterly and annual KPI reports for the Group’s financing.
Lead the annual audit
Take a lead role in the annual budget preparations.
Various ad-hoc financial analysis exercises as they arise
Continuous process improvement across all finance related functions
Experience/Requirements
Qualified Accountant -ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally SME
Have a good commercial outlook with strong stakeholder management
Healthcare experience is advantageous
