Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the support for Consumer Small Business Banking Operations with focus on the ASVS line of business.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of financial advisors on diverse and complex business groups regarding matters related to financial data forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research
- Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
- Recommend opportunities to more experienced management on product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
- Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting
- Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
- Lead implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
