As the Finance Manager Nordics, you will oversee business and financial operations across the Nordic cluster, encompassing Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland. Based at our Copenhagen headquarters, you will lead financial analysis & reporting, forecasting & budgeting, and monthly closing processes, while implementing strategic business plans throughout your area of responsibility. You will play a pivotal role as a business partner, sharing responsibility for the cluster’s economic and financial performance. Your leadership will extend to motivating and guiding the business controlling department, fostering collaboration with global counterparts to align and implement best practices.

CORE SKILLS:

• Extensive finance or accounting experience in retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
