Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in relevant field
- Good leadership and dedicated team player, dynamic, confident and positive disposition
- Ability to make value added changes to achieve business objectives and goals
- Meticulous, independent and well-organized individual.
- Good analytical and quality conceptualization skills.
- Ability to strive in a fast paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in English, Chinese, Korean is advantage
- Working experience in MNC preferred.

Responsibilities:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will support the Head of GV Finance in accelerating cost as the Finance Manager for our companies focusing on online games business, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, and optimizing performance across our operations. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing a Finance team
- Ensuring complete accountability and precision in all reports, encompassing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting
- Efficiently implementing, administering, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, controls, and practices
- Examine potential revenue streams and economic patterns, assess internal procedures, and pinpoint areas where costs can be minimized, or operational enhancements can be made
- Taking the lead in business planning, internal management reporting, and providing support in developing short and long-term strategic plans
- Handle local statutory filings for entities such as IRAS, MOM, CPF, and others
- Collaborating with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, lawyers, and government agencies
- Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
