Exciting opportunity to join this Iconic Australian & New Zealand Manufacturing business as a Finance Manager with a focus on analysis and business partnering. This is a genuine temp to perm opportunity and is based on the northside. You will enjoy a dynamic working culture and add genuine value. Your financial analysis will impact key business decision making.
The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller and partnering with the Operations Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Tracing business trends and analysis of financial data
• Preparation of management, board and external reporting
• Review and establish improved processes, procedures and internal controls
• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, job costing and analysis of pricing and profitability
• Partner with Operations to prepare budgets and forecasting
• Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and mentor two clerical employees
• Assist in systems implementation project

About You

The successful applicant will have/be,

• A relevant Tertiary qualification, CA or CPA
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and well developed analytical skills
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities and ability to lead and mentor
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experienced in Power BI
• Manufacturing Industry experience
