ABOUT US
Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations and more people.
Pioneering technology takes more than just inventive engineers. At Dyson, we take a problem-solving approach to everything we do. And across our support teams, we’re proud to be different. And importantly, we support change to maintain our rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
This role is focused on delivering Dyson marketplaces channel’s growth strategies through effective business partnering with the Global Vice President for Direct and Digital and their team. You will evaluate global Marketplaces performance and make recommendations of priorities for marketplaces in key markets. Bringing awareness of external landscape awareness and action planning to ensure our Marketplaces strategy remains competitive and brand accretive. You will also assess our key indirect partners globally to inform overall channel strategy for Chief Revenue Officer.
You will provide financial performance reviews of Marketplaces globally and for deep dives into key markets; bringing insight of Marketplaces performance within the context of the wider business to the table for business stakeholders to understand their channel’s relative performance. You will be the centre of expertise for Marketplaces financial modelling, providing strategic consultation on financial implications and investment decision-making for enhancements to or integration of new marketplaces, working with commercial and IT stakeholders to assess the ROI and ensure compliance vs. guardrails. As well as partnering the Group Ecommerce team you will also support market finance teams to ensure that the global Marketplaces P&L has a high standard of accounting integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
