Description:

Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing health care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent for our Region Finance Manager role. We are looking for an individual who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial management of the Americas region business shared service center (BSSC). You will be an integral partner to our functional leaders of the BSSC to manage budgets and forecasts and analyze the final cost. You will work closely with CFO and FP&A Director to consolidate and analyze results for the BSSC and manage with the region to forecast expenses appropriately.Responsibilities

  • Ensure an effective business partnership with BSSC functional leaders to plan budgets and forecasts and analyze expenses throughout the year to understand variances against budget, forecast and prior year.
  • Manage capital expenditure for IT organization, work closely with local and global IT and accounting functions to ensure proper reporting and spend tracking of capital expenses.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: own the annual budgeting, the monthly forecasting and the quarterly reforecasting process for the BSSC functions. Partner closely with function leaders and regional FP&A to understand the needs of the organization.
  • Report regional financial results and other KPIs and metrics to the corporate team in Italy on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis; completing their requests in a timely and accurate manner.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
  • 7+ years related work experience
  • Experience with strategic planning and implementation required
  • Proficiency in working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects required
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to share detailed information to various levels in the organization.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive aptitude to solving business challenges
