ONCALL is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Victoria.
In this role you will partner with management and oversee everything finance related to drive growth and make your mark on the business. This is a hands-on role, that will see you both support direct reports and transform and improve our finance processes.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A degree in commerce, business, or accounting.
A recognised Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant.
Tenacity, passion, and pace – this is a strong business partnering opportunity and we are looking for the right person to make an impact.
Demonstrated experience in financial analysis/reporting within a commercial business partnering capacity.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of P&L drivers of performance.
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial reporting packages.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with senior management and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
