Description:

As a Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic financial advisor to various department, providing valuable insights and analysis to drive decision-making and optimize financial performance. Your role will be pivotal in aligning financial goals with operational objectives, supporting business growth initiatives, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare financial reporting pack to Group on monthly basis.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to establish financial objectives, KPls, and strategies to achieve operational excellence and maximize profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and variance analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, asset management, and lease agreements.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial planning activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Prepare insightful financial presentations and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between finance and operational teams, facilitating communication, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability for financial results.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector, and proactively advise on implications for the busiess

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or business partnering roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, financial planning software, and ERP systems (e.g., Yardi).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and present financial information effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence in financial management and business partnership.
