Join Ripple Labs Inc. as a Finance Manager, Financial Operations and be part of our world-class team that is revolutionizing the global financial system. As a leader in the crypto solutions industry, Ripple is dedicated to creating economic fairness and opportunity around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations (Order to Cash and Procure to Pay), ensuring flawless execution and driving exceptional results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in financial operations management
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree (Degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years in the field of Accounting or equivalent (public accounting experience is a plus)
  • Experience within P2P and OTC operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Freshervice, FloQast, Databricks
  • Ability to work independently through complex tasks, drive initiatives with cross-functional teams, and present solutions
  • Experience with the cross-border payments/ fintech/ crypto/ blockchain industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy
  • Responsible for OTC processes over different product lines, managing customer repayments, and supporting collections
  • Oversee regional customer collections and supervise managed services global support team
  • Build and maintain the AR system (BillingPlatform) to ensure accurate cash applications and reporting (Tableau)
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement a business strategy, including product and operations initiatives, customer contract review, and operationalizing global collection strategies
  • Act as a liaison between Regional Account Managers and the FinOps OTC team to provide account information and business support related to Accounts Receivable
  • Provide oversight and reporting on customer collections metrics for Credit, Risk, and Business Operation teams
  • Support the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle for global operations, using Coupa, Navan, and Intacct (ERP).
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in Coupa and be responsible for vendor onboarding and setup
  • Review and process employee expense reports in Navan, ensuring compliance with the company Travel and Expense policy
  • Lead FinOps’ internal Fresh Service help desk for OTC, P2P, and Travel and Expense tickets, maintaining committed SLAs
  • Maintain the AP sub-ledger, promptly researching and resolving issues
  • Assist in month-end reconciliations, including credit card accruals, expense report accruals, and AP accruals
  • Support collections reporting, business analysis and escalations
  • Support internal and external financial audits, including reconciliations, and support documentation
