THE COMPANY

We are currently working with a rapidly growing non-bank lender and is seeking a Finance Manager to join the team. Our client is one of the best amongst their competitors and have created this new role due to the ongoing growth of the business!

As the Finance Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Financial Controller in the financial process and reporting for the company. This role will be hands-on and will give you the opportunity to be involved in supporting the wider team with process improvements and change management.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ownership of month-end financial close.
• Support of financial processes including month end reconciliations and statistic reporting.
• Preparation of annual statutory accounts.
• Liaise with external auditors and assist with annual auditing.
• Ensure deadlines for monthly and quarterly board reporting are met.
• Working with multiple stakeholders to create and define new policies for business change.
• Budgeting and Forecasting reporting including commentary and variance analysis.
• Overseeing transactional accounting work.
• Adhoc tasks including process improvements.
