WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our client’s start-up Financial Services business. You will manage an Accounts Payable Officer and handle all aspects of accounting, from month-end close to year-end procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing new systems and setting up finance processes that will drive efficiency and support the company’s growth. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, team management, and hands-on financial work.

• Oversee the Accounts Payable Officer and ensure smooth operation of all financial matters
• Handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities, including month-end close and year-end procedures
• Produce comprehensive management reports to inform strategic decision-making
• Implement new financial systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Set up robust finance processes to support the growth of the business
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company objectives
