EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• CAA or CPA certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations in a multi-country or multinational setting.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP software.
• In-depth knowledge of legislation and commercial principals.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals and objectives with broader business strategies.
• Experience in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Comfortable with occasional travel
