QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of BTC mining pool operations and the cryptocurrency market.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.

1. Budget Management:

• Manage and oversee the annual budgeting process.
• Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

1. Accounting and Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audits.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements.

1. Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
• Optimize working capital and manage financial risks.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure the team’s alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
