Responsibilities:
- Management of invoices and payments for foreign and local suppliers
- Flexibility to take on other tasks assigned by the Finance Director
- Monitoring bank transactions and payments to suppliers
- Reconciliation of individual accounts with the general account
- Management of emails in French and English with suppliers
- Support for audits and other necessary preparations
- Responsibility for annual closing of purchases
- Administration of petty cash systems
