ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Finance Officer at our organisation, you will be a ke player in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations. This role involves managing the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, ensuring all transactions align with our financial procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Reconciliation and Reporting: Ensure expenditures are accurately accounted for each month, conduct detailed reconciliations, and provide timely reports on financial status and variances.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Strategic Financial Control: Identify and implement cost-saving measures, maintain robust financial controls, and contribute to the year-end audit and closure processes.
