ABOUT THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Invoice Management and Payment Processing: I oversee the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, ensuring strict adherence to policies and managing payment schedules to maintain good supplier relations.
Financial Reconciliation and Reporting: Ensure expenditures are accurately accounted for each month, conduct detailed reconciliations, and provide timely reports on financial status and variances.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Strategic Financial Control: Identify and implement cost-saving measures, maintain robust financial controls, and contribute to the year-end audit and closure processes.
