Description:
School Sport Victoria is seeking a committed and competent accounts receivable and accounts payable team member who can manage a high volume of work and competing priorities.
The role is primarily responsible for debtor collection, namely School Sport Victoria’s school membership work, which includes working with the department’s financial services team regarding receipting, maintaining databases, reissuing invoices, and liaising with schools. The role will also contribute to maintaining financial data, processing financial transactions, and financial budgeting and reporting. This role requires ICT knowledge including Oracle, More4Apps, database management, Schools Targeted Funding Governance functions, website, and Excel.
The role provides great variety including primary responsibility for School Sport Victoria’s membership work, maintenance of the school database, debt collection and maintenance of aged debtors, and assisting with over 3,000 invoices per year.
The successful candidate will have ICT skills in Oracle, More4Apps, database management, Schools Targeted Funding Governance functions, website, and Excel.
