As part of the Luxembourg Finance Team – Technical Accounting you will be in charge of the Private Wealth Business Accounting. Your accountabilities will be:
Your role :
- Work independently on the day-to-day activities for the Swiss Life Luxembourg books on the Private Wealth business (such as investments, technical accounting, bank reconciliations, quarterly fees, commissions,…).
- For the quarterly closing: take in charge the technical reconciliations in close collaboration with the operations teams
- Proactively analyze and propose areas of automation to improve the day-to-day process.
- Preparation of tax reports
- Support the Team Leader in improving processes to deliver the best quality accounts in a control minded environment.
- Actively contribute as a collaborative team member of the international Finance Team
Your profile :
- Graduate in accounting
- A first experience in accounting in an international environment or in an insurance company would be considered as an advantage
- Business fluent in English. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in French are an advantage.
- Computer literate (MS Office) with a sound knowledge of excel, a previous SAP experience would be considered as an advantage
- Hands-on, rigorous, organized, reliable and flexible
- Highly motivated team player, able to deliver results and to cope with tight closing deadlines and in an evolving environment
