Description:

Randstad are taking expressions of interest for upcoming roles with multiple clients on the Gold Coast. Both temporary and permanent roles are available.
We are seeking candidates with a a background and experience in financial administration, a positive driven attitude, great organizational skills and a very keen eye for detail

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare invoices for payment
  • Accounts payable duties
  • Prepare various reports as requested by management
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations of financial transactions
  • Resolution of invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
  • Maintain all financial records and files
  • Assist managers and employees with finance and administrative enquiries

The successful candidate will possess:

  • SAP experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to cope with time related pressures
  • Comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to quickly pick up systems and concepts, with a desire to learn
