This is a hands-on role that will mean you will help with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the transactional finance department. You will undertake all the responsibilities of the finance officer and support the Senior Accountant and Financial Controller in the production of the billings and payables.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations;
- Uploading invoices;
- Reviewing and processing of expenses;
- Billings;
- Dealing with invoice queries;
- Cash receipting and allocations;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Assisting with month-end duties;
- Help prepare of BAS, Payroll Tax;
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register;
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced graduate accountant who has 1-3 years post degree experience. You will need to have an excellent attention to detail, and experience working within the legal space is essential to be considered for this role.
