Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Finance team . Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will undertake duties and responsibilities involved in the generation and payment of invoices, managing expenses, verifying and reconciling financial data and responding to stakeholders to resolve queries.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL THE APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk role or similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience within a full function bookkeeping process
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externally
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MYOB skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:
- Generation of debtor (client) invoices
- Preparing vouchers for Specialist
- Generating RCTI for Doctors at month end
- Assisting with reconciling Accounts Receivable
- Debt collection
- Assist with accounts queries
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly payment
- Assisting with month end processes
- Providing assistance to the Finance Manager and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
