A full time Finance Officer opportunity has become available to join our busy finance team. The main goal of this position is to assist with payroll processing as well as support the finance team in a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure efficient processing of the organisations pay runs
- Ability to follow legislative and organisational polices and procedures
- Maintain accurate data to ensure payroll runs smoothly
- Maintain the payroll time and attendance systems
- Receive, process and file all documentation and ensure all processes are undertaken with accuracy and meet the required business deadlines and payment schedules.
- Assist with other Duties as necessary
