Location: Airmount, Dominick Place, Waterford
Reporting to: Financial Controller / Accounts Payable Lead
Terms: Full-Time Fixed Contract - 6 months
Salary: 33-43K Depending on Experience
Job Purpose: To provide financial & administrative support within Respond’s Head Office Finance Department.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 3rd level qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business-related course.
• Qualified / Part qualified as an Accounting Technician
• Experienced Bookkeeper

• To assist with the accounts receivable/payable functions of the Finance Dept. to include:
• The administration of a Tenant Deposit Project on our Rent System
• The administration of processing utility bills on a new billing portal
• Reconciliation of various bank, petty cash and balance sheet control accounts.
• Engagement in accounting and system development projects and in particular, the new Travel Expense Project
• Any other duties that may arise from time to time
