Absolute are partnering with a high growth technology business based in London, in their search for a Finance Operations Analyst.
Absolute are partnering with a high growth technology business based in London, in their search for a Finance Operations Analyst. The business are backed by a leading Venture Capital firm and operate in the UK and US, with further expansion plans in the near future.
This role sits within the finance team and plays a vital role with responsibility for the order to cash process.
AP & AR Operations:
- Create invoices daily working with the Sales Ops/BD team to ensure data quality; issuing invoices within 3 days of hitting ready to bill milestones
- Manage partial payment backlog, establishing processes for ongoing controls
- Manage overdue invoices until successful collection, working closely with sales and BD teams escalating where appropriate
- Manage documentation for clients to support prompt payments
- Deliver bank reconciliations for A/R and A/P
- Manage supplier invoices through to payment, ensuring communication with suppliers to build strong relationships
Key Requirements:
- Part Qualified and actively studying ACCA/CIMA
- 2-3 years A/P and A/R experience
- Experience using Netsuite
- Good excel skills (Vlookups and Pivot tables)
- Excellent communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
- £35,000 – £40,000 salary, depending on experience
