Description:

TransferRoom is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join us in the team in London on a permanent basis reporting directly to the Financial Controller. The individual will be responsible for the day to day financial operations of the business and assist in ensuring the business is set up for further complexities as the business scales and grows internationally.

What you will be doing:

  • Processing of new deals from the CRM to the Subscription management system.
  • Preparation of Renewal and upgrade customer contracts (within guidelines).
  • Assistance in day to day CRM management.
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the flow of information between CRM and Subscription management systems.
  • Accounts receivable management to ensure invoices are issued in a timely manner and systems are correctly up to date.
  • Credit control and chasing outstanding debtors.
  • Commissions schedule day to day management.
  • Revenue and deferred revenue reconciliation between CRM, Subscription management system and accounting system.
  • Assist in VAT returns globally.

Who are you:

  • ACCA, ACA or CIMA part qualified.
  • Tech & SAAS experience 2+ years, ideally in a similar position within a scaling organisation.
  • Xero & Maxio experience.
  • Hubspot experience (Not critical - but nice to have).
  • Netsuite / Sage Intacct experience (Not critical - but nice to have).
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excels at organisation and project management to prioritise work.
  • Has demonstrated experience implementing new processes and tools.
