We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Day Shift Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities during the day shift (7AM - 7PM). This will be a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of processes and maintaining quality standards.

• Coordinate operational activities, ad-hoc tasks by reporting manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards
• Address and resolve operational issues; collaboration with relevant departments
• Generating timely reports on operational accounts and activities, in collaboration with relevant departments
• Facilitating clear communication between the team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow
• Identify process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
