As a Process Analyst (all genders) you will run the operational excellence projects on overheads at scale: identifying efficiency potentials and improving the allocation process of overheads and making it visible company-wide.
Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team in identifying efficiency potential, running projects on operational excellence.
- Responsible for optimization of accrual processes within Overhead areas
- Responsible for elimination of manual tasks with fully or partially automated processes.
- Support teams in creation of automated solutions for the various Overhead related reports
- Review of Allocation process steps, identifying challenges, and working with the Systems team on improvement areas as well as performing a monthly run of overhead allocations process
