For one of our client (SSC), we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:
Position: Finance Process Consultant
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Shared Services industry with minimum 2-4 years in finance processes improvements,
- Excellent English both spoken and written,
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels,
- Demonstrate excellent Business acumen, project management, verbal and written communication skills,
- Stakeholder management, influencing, analytics, presentation and change management skills,
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified – nice to have.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for service improvement across General Ledger function in SSC,
- Deploy continuous improvement practices to improve efficiency & effectiveness of processes,
- Assist SSC Director and Finance Team in the development of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy and in establishing a continuous improvement culture,
- Deliver Improvement projects as well as provide coaching & mentoring support for process improvement projects taken up by our associates,
- Establish governance, meeting cadence and metrics required to keep improvement projects on track,
- Work with cross-functional teams,
- Ensure standardization and simplification of processes.
