For one of our client (SSC), we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:
Position: Finance Process Consultant

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Shared Services industry with minimum 2-4 years in finance processes improvements,
  • Excellent English both spoken and written,
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels,
  • Demonstrate excellent Business acumen, project management, verbal and written communication skills,
  • Stakeholder management, influencing, analytics, presentation and change management skills,
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified – nice to have.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement across General Ledger function in SSC,
  • Deploy continuous improvement practices to improve efficiency & effectiveness of processes,
  • Assist SSC Director and Finance Team in the development of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy and in establishing a continuous improvement culture,
  • Deliver Improvement projects as well as provide coaching & mentoring support for process improvement projects taken up by our associates,
  • Establish governance, meeting cadence and metrics required to keep improvement projects on track,
  • Work with cross-functional teams,
  • Ensure standardization and simplification of processes.
